Administrative Services

Our estates benefit from the following services

  • Carry out Section 20 procedures in line with The Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002
  • Dealing with day-to-day communications from tenants regarding communal areas
  • Arranging Building Insurance and or paying Building Insurance premiums from the Service Charge as applicable
  • Arranging for the completion of any Health & Safety assessments required and compliance with actions raised therein.
  • Ensuring that the Management Companies obligations with the Landlord/Freeholder are fully complied with in accordance with the Terms of the Lease.

Financial Services

Our expert, highly experienced team provides

  • Setting Annual Service Charge budget
  • Collection of Service Charge monies
  • Debt recovery in accordance with the Lease

  • Cleaning of communal windows and if applicable in your lease the exterior of the individual flat windows.
